Great! Read on for some information about our account inclusions, charges and details of speeds you might expect on our plans, and then join online. If for any reason after signing up online we can't provide a service on your line, there are no fees payable.
Super Fast Plans
All Super Fast plan speeds are subject environmental factors including your distance from your local telephone exchange. As a result, Super speed plans will provide anywhere from 1.5Mbps to 8Mbps in download speed. Speed on all plans may also vary depending on sites being accessed. No guarantees are provided of access speeds for any plans. Guaranteed speed SHDSL and ADSL business plans also available. For further information on access speeds, please review our ADSL FAQ prior to activating your service, and contact us with any additional questions.
Account Inclusions
All accounts include:
- 1 dynamically allocated IP address (static or extras available)
- Free Email addresses with anti-virus and spam protection
- Free Webmail access
- Online invoicing and usage reports
- Automatic credit card billing
Other Charges and Conditions
ADSL Plans
Setup: Free line activation when transferring from a competitor's eligible service, or a $100 fee for new connections.
Change of Plan: Free to any other ADSL plan at the same speed. $35 to change speeds (within ADSL plans). A change to an ADSL2+ service requires a new 12 month agreement and setup fee.
Service Agreement: 12 months for shaped ADSL plans, 6 months for unshaped plans. An early cancellation fee of $30 per month remaining + $60 applies.

Either Join Online Now (nothing is payable if we can't provide a service on your line), or check service availability. This will allow us to check if ADSL is available at your home or business. You can then decide whether to go ahead with an online order once our testing is completed.
